Make only Griswold drop his Set Items

Hey guys,

I wanted to modify the game so that only Griswold in Tristram can drop his Set Items.

I thought about maybe giving him and the ground items for the Set a unique lvlreq but I'm not really convinced of that idea.

Maybe someone here has a smart solution for that? Is that even possible?

Set the item level high enough so nothing can drop your items and make Griswold's level high enough to drop them. Additionally you may give him a chance to drop each of these items separately. Thanks to this their drop rate will be reasonable.

thanks for the help so far.

So I've raised Griswolds level to 89 in the MonStats.txt as well as the quality level of all Griswold Set Items to 89 in the SetItems.txt.
Is that all or do I have to raise the quality level of the caduceus for example also to 89 in the Weapons.txt? But if so no other monster could drop a caduceus then.

Hello. You might want to create a specific treasure class in TreasureClassEx.txt with probability for dropping each item as you wish. Assign the new treasure class for Griswold into Monstats.txt and it should work exactly as you wish.
