Changing TC of a single item

Hello guys, I've been searching through and trying to change my treasureclassex.txt file as well as weapons.txt file but i can't figure it out ;x

Lets say I want to make Hand Axe a tc87 (weap87) item, is there a possibility of doing that ?

Any feedback is appreciated, similar cases were probably solved already in the past but I can't really manage to find any of them and therefore i'm sorry if I missed any of these
