Beta Wirts Leg?

Was combing through some dc6's when i cam across an extremely odd image that at first, seemed to have nothing todo with diablo. Only possibility i have come to is that its the alpha or beta version of wirts leg, anyways have a gander

EDIT: I am almost certain now after doing some more searching and thinking outside the box. These must be the Trophys that were intended for the trophy case.
