Increasing stamina potion duration

Hey there,
Just wondering if anyone knows how to increase the duration of stamina potions? I have been looking through misc.txt and can't seem to find anything.

misc.txt is the correct file. Look in the "len" column. It says 750 by default wich means it will last 30 seconds.
The game counts seconds in frames

1 second=25 frames
