is the eye only usable once?
or can it be used multiple times?
or do we have to get the eye pieces several times for multiple times?

yup the Eye can be only used once and you need to gather all the pieces each time is used (if you want to do it again, of course)

If you kill that crazy guy once, can you still get back in? Because with my Sorceress I lured him to the portal and just attcked him for like two hours and he finaly fell and dropped {filtered}. Does this mean that I can't get back in? Or can you go in as many times as you'd like?

as far as I can remember yes, you can.

and since only the top end runes and items can only be found there, probably is the case.
