ik my hirelings gets bone spear at level 80, dus that mean that at level 81 bonespear is level 2, at 82 level 3 ...?

If I remember correctly, the hireling-skill-lv is determined by (hireling-lv) : 4 in LoD, but I don't think it's the same for ZyEl, because then the final level for the skills would be 2500 for a lv 10k merc.

If your idea is right, the final level for bone-spear would be 9920 which is a bit overpowered too and would result in at least one damage-rollover from my point of view.
