Magic Arrows

How do you replentish the quantity of magic arrows. I have crafted spells on them and dont want to lose them.

Sell the arrows to a vendor who doesnt already have magical arrows in their stock then buy them back.

I am thinking of restarting "Evolution" fairly soon if you are interested :?:
