but as i said before i dont know what happened but the set embossed plate isnt a bug for me anymore....


Edit: hmmmm seems to be a bug with god and satan's judgement on some sets and uniques like the unique shako and subzero set i think its mostly on elite items thocuz some of the sets i have req an elite item and wont let me get the set item when i use satan's judgement. o ya set rune bow doesnt have a name so i can complete set without it

there are two embossed plates (set items) ;). one of them needs to be fixed ;). :mrgreen:.

edit: make sure the item is identified before you cube it ;).

That should be enough ;). But my sorc doesnt have any problems with the Judgement stones, like yours does. That is very strange. :-|

Well before you nerf the Poison blast spell, ill try a sorc based on it. If it is too powerful, you will know about it.

PS: How much HP do dark ones have!?? lol!!

Oh ya do u think we can get the mana burn or mana steal off dury cuase i died about 20 times cuase i was outa mana with my lil sorc but yet i killed meph (4 lvls later) with out dien and i was standing right by him 8-O

I like your mod a lot ;)

But, i belive you should increase the monsters damage/hit point in general for alteast act1 to act3 (normal). This is so far i have tested at the moment. Going to play act4 tomorrow ;)

I've noticed that when I wear gear that adds to life and I leave and create another game, I have to heal up. Dunno why it's doing that. Also, I've been doing a lot of circlet gambling and nearly all of them that add to a skill tree adds to the Druid skill tree. Dunno why it's doing that, either.

Hey so I'm gonna back up my characters and try out the new version, but if you see this can you tell us if our old characters will work? (ie. did you change some of the existing items we might be wearing...)

yes. the new version DOES NOT require you to make a new character. You may continue playing with the one from your previous version.

I think there's a bug with chain lightning. I can't tell if it's just a display bug (not showing it chaining when it does--monsters will die without being touched), or if it isn't chaining (firing chain into a pack of monsters and it doesn't chain at all). Is there a % to set somewhere to control the chance to chain?

I do confess that I don't like the missile for chain lightning and lightning. It's a neat idea but it only looks cool when it's actually chaining--when you fire it, it kind of looks like you're firing a bunch of little missles really fast...

A little misunderstanding with parents has disabled me to do extensive testing but here it goes what i've seen

Sorc skill bonuses on items have vierd color coding like +1 toFire Star

This may not be mod issue, dunno. But paladin running anim is like 2x faster than it should be!

That's it for now. Will try to find some more :)

man cd mod has been great even though i have barely been able to play i love it still..almost as much as i would love a child..

The chain is a bug with D2 and not just with my mod. No clue on how to fix that ;).

All classes running speed and walking speed has been increased. Also the amount of life and mana they get per level, and their mana regen rate. And the sorc skill thing has already been posted, its not a bug, to me it just adds color and looks kool. :mrgreen:

For some reason, a lot of the sorc skills appear to do less damage than they would in normal D2, and this mod is a lot harder at higher difficulties. Hydra, for example, does something like 800 damage at 30/30 (from memory, I could be wrong), whereas I do believe it would be 1.3k in 'Vanilla.' After having my sorc reach higher levels/difficulties, I think that the rest of the sorc skills should be higher damaging, like Frostburn! It still did a lot of dmg for a level 1 skill but it seems to me that the other skills should do comparable damage at high levels. Where a Barb can simply get another weapon, the Sorc has to rely on her skill points for more damage...

In addition to that, is hardcore even plausible?
I started a sorceress... got to level 10 and got slaughtered.
I think it is far too easy to get killed be even tiny monsters, like fallen!
It was very dissapointing that i can get killed so easily.

Also melee sorc are VERY difficult to play. You get swarmed far to easily and mana drops so fast its insane. I dont know how you could increase their effectiveness though.

i say we make all 3 of the best spells be completely different, like one would be a nova, another would be an orb blast, and the last a chainlightning of some sort...

OT: the tempature shot up from +5 to +35 today(celcius) and so due to the painstacingly hot tempature and gorgeous sun, im going to have to go and get that tan... but dont worry, ill be back soon

The reward from Akara should be changed to an elemental ring. jUst a thought :)

Reduce Enemy HP, they are far too difficult to kill. Globally reduce it... even in normal!

Elemental Rings for gamble... price 50,000 - 60,000

hehehe ive got it..... but thx for telling me and i like the helm ill need to make a druid next :D but ive done all this mfing and still havent found none of the subzero's freeze set..... and since my sorc cant make them from satan's judgement im kinda wondering if anyone has a piece :cry:
