I was actually planning on doing game over music from FFT. I love that music. Its pretty good.

Creating a new item. "Craft Matter". The "materials" found only craft this special item. But however, all types of items made, from an item that makes an item turn unique to a new potion to another high lvl material to a rune to a charm or a weapon/armor.

that sounds cool.
Taken from this plane of existence into the Realm of Fire the Phoenix has once again risen from the ashes to rule again. As the most powerful creature of the Conflux town the Phoenix serves the Lords of Fire in order to rid the world of the Demons. Now able to withstand the elemental flames the Phoenix is a more powerful and dangerous opponent to the forces of evil.

Some may think that is so, some may not... fact is you can compress these to about 60-80KB each and they will still look good.

After a long while of thinking, I've decided to make it so that monster weapons/armors are useable when you're not transformed. If they were useable only when you were transformed, that would be stupid, sacrificing stuff for other stuff. Though, this means that there will also be three forms of each weapon, just like it was with the soulstones. The three forms will obviously be Normal, Nightmare, and Hell. I've also decided that maybe if you find a unique Skeleton Blade, you can find an upgraded version of it in Nightmare, and the most powerful version in Hell.

I've been working very hard on materials. I hope to get screenies out maybe today. If not today, this week for sure.

Later,
CD

EDIT: Got the screenies, finally!

Alma Iron Ore
Gelatin Oil
Yahku Holy Cloth
Zoar Hide

Just materials, made only for crafting. Remember though, there are 100+ of them! :D Also, I used the same image for all the materials, since I don't have the time to put a new gfx for each material. That will probably happen in a later version.

C ya,

CD

EDIT: New change/idea is going to be implemented. The Cow Level will no longer consist of cows, but instead, all monsters will be superuniques/champions etc...

*sighs*

Hey guys, new post. Lately I'm not sure what to do on my mod, as if I should continue it or not. People rarely post in this forum, and I don't seem to have many supporters... Maybe I should just release plug-ins for other mods...

It's really hard finishing up the mod without a partner, also. I have tons of things to add to the mod now...

Im undecided currently...

You know my thougths about that :)

Don't stop work on this mod!! I'm waiting for it. But, just don't feel any pressure that you need to finish it in a specific time. Just work on it because its fun to mod, not just because you feel you must.

Even if you don't find a new partner right away, there are a chance you get a nice partner after a while. Just remember how long it took for me or Joel to get a partner :)

Nooo don't stop :) I am waiting for your new mod since the start of 1.10, cause Corrupted Death is not working anymore. I am checking the forums every day to see if there are new posts in your forum. But i did not see any need to reply to your last post.

overnight I did some serious thinking about the mod. as I took a shower, I was filled with motivation and determination to get this done. I guess I felt like I should stop because I was working on a Latin project... :P Oh well...

New stuff. I've gotten the soulstones to start dropping, so I'll be getting the Soulmulets testing soon. I've decided to base the mod on using everything the monsters have. Monsters (at least in the beta, maybe more later) carry 5 things.

Vials
Weapons
Armors
Charms
Soulstones

There will be at least from one to five uniques of each (possibly soulstones). You get the uniques from a Unique Form of that monster. You get sets from a Champion or Fanatic. Rares and magicals also come from Champions or Fanatics ;).

The only thing that might take awhile is that I need three versions of everything, since each difficulty you are going to need better equipment ;). EX:

Fallen Blade
Fallen Blade (NM)
Fallen Blade (Hell)

Then I need to do each of those items, then uniques. I doubt I'll upgrade sets, though. So a total of normal items a Fallen in any difficulty drop would have 15 items. 15*how many monsters = a lot of items. :) And then if I do three versions of each for a unique, a Unique Fallen in any difficulty could drop a total of 54 items...

So, as you can see, a lot of work to do!!

Well, I had taken a break from modding (yes i know, AGAIN) but I'm back now. Just lettin you know, all monster soulstones are done, and each monster now drops its own soulstone. So... progress has been made!

Later all!

Hmmm, out of curiousity, think I should make the potions' effects unknown, and you only find out once you use them?

I don't know. In real life I've gotten sick eating/drinking unknown substances.

Thanks! I do try at times... heh. ;)

Finished a few potions for the Skeleton series of monsters and Zombie series. ;)

But now it's homework time, then modding time! =)

I've been playing City of Heroes a lot lately, so I won't be modding much atm. Sorry, hopefully I'll be back soon.

Later,
CD

P.S. Try out City of Heroes when you have the chance! It's really cool! (I'm on the Infinity server. Characters are Shadow Theif and Frozen Hell)
