BugFixes
- Fixed bug with Skeletons despawn/get stuck in idle mode in Town.
- Dark Mage in Valley of paradise no longer crash then killed.

New graphic improvements by Ogodei.

- Missile_DAMAGE_Apply renamed to Combat_MissileBlock.
- Combat_MissileBlock asm hook removed.
- Combat_MissileBlock recoded in c++ by Necrolis/Kingpin.
- D2_ItemEvent9_on_Death asm hook removed.
- D2_ItemEvent9_on_Death2 asm hook removed.
- D2ExecuteMissileKillMonster renamed to Combat_KillMonster.
- Combat_KillMonster asm hook removed.
- Darkmage AI and skills got replaced.
