what is this error?

what is this error?

sometimes when i approach my new monster (skeleton king or leoric..), the game crash with this error:

Will need error log to debug the issue.

This is among others that have the same error number between 1.10 -> 1.11, I'm fairly certain.

By the way, please don't post picture of your errors, it degrades the search function.
Although done for our needs, mod-makers should like these changes, too.

Yes, you can't search for pictures, so if you had just typed in the error (or pasted from your error log), then people with similar errors could have used search and found the answer.
Now imagine if somebody else had this error and there was no information whatsoever on the forums and there was just this post. They would search:

And not have found the answer, provided that I did not post the whole error message.

But fortunately there is enough information on the Phrozen Keep to deduce that it is the above error, because it is a pretty common error.
Although done for our needs, mod-makers should like these changes, too.

Framecount in animdata is wrong, if correcting it doesnt solve the problem then make new cof files.

This error relates to the wrong animation you assigned to a new monster and always occure when have done changes in monstat.txt file
You will not see a cof error and although u used the same tokens for the new monster and it seems to work correct, youre game is crashing
so the animationdata is most likely causes this

try giving king leoric the unraveler1 (hcIdx 101 in monstattxt file)or radament and bulid out with this so

King leoric - DT,NU,WL,DD,GH,A1,A2,SC

GreaterMummy - DT,NU,WL,DD,GH,A1,A2,SC
(Radament)
Works ok with this

Skeleton – DT,NU,WL,DD,GH,A1,A2,BL,S1(summon)
Not work with skeleton
I give this example from the skeleton, since king leoric looks like a skeleton with his animation but he is build up as a greatermummy.
This could give the confusion by using the skeleton,thats wrong since it wont work


The fastest way to test out youre new monster is for instance to let it spawn by level txt , ofcourse make sure your monster can be spawned, and i always test that in travincal area with running game in txt files
so before inserting evrything into your patch this is the fastest way to stay out of trouble

uhmm ... Thanks, but you do realize this topic is like, three years old, and that I'm likely to have resolved this issue since a good while, lol.
