Hello, we have a huge problem with encoding/decoding .rle files for many years. So we can't get a lot of important files from there, so from the rle.mmp file, to which the [filename] files are linked. I noticed that someone here had a problem with the .rle files (and was asking on that forum) but it was related to the Tzar game obviously the game is from the same developer as Rising Kingdoms which is Haemimont Games. RLE is BMP and BMP is RLE programs for Tzar obviously does not work, because the algorithm is slightly changed. Nemesis MMP is RLE and Nemesis RLE to MMP also doesn't work with Rising Kingdoms, the source code for this has been left, only we don't know how to modify it to make it work with this game, so we look for information wherever we can.
