Convert .d2s to xls or txt

I would like to thank the tutorials left by the community, as you can see I have been trying to learn about how to modify the game.

I really wish I could edit my test characters faster in spreadsheets.

Is there any way to pass a d2s file to xls or txt? If there is a program I apologize again for the silly question and weak search capability.
