Another busy week has passed in the Diablo II modmaking community, and the time has come to announce the news. And because there are many things to write about, let's get to it straight:
HOSTED MADNESSA lot has happened in the hosted sites:
- Phrozen Heart and Pagan Rainfall have updated the Pagan Heart mod once again. Current version is v0.88. This isn't news anymore, they keep updating and updating and updating every week
Check out the newest version here.- Diabolic Cartography, which seems to return to life lately, has got another update this week. Three new plugins are waiting for you to discover their secrets - one by Hades and two by ShamanKing. Get them on the site.
- Inventharia also got an update by yours trully
Two "new" plugins are added there, both by ShadowTalon. The news feature three new animation plugins and five map rips from Infinity Engine game Planescape: Torment. The site is located here.
FEAR, MORTAL!The wait is over. The long awaited Median_2 beta by Brother Laz is finally released. And when we're talking about Brother Laz, this means tons of new skills. What are you waiting for? Download it immediately from this link!
PLUG IT INA handfull of plugins has been released:
- If you think that adding new sets is annoying task, get the new Set Item Plugin by talonrage. This way you can have tons of new Keep member themed sets. Talonrage did very good work on the plugin, so be sure to check it out - here.
- You always wanted your mod to have scrolls that show text when right-clicked? If so, the Text-Based Clue Scroll plugin by Joel is just for you. However, you must use the D2Mod system in order to make the plugin work. Get the Clue Scrolls plugin here and D2Mod system here.
- And another plugin for D2Mod, this time by Havvoric. The Character Titles plugin allows you to customize the titles that the characters receive after comleteing the difficulties in Diablo II. In this plugin, you can even assign different titles for the different character classes! Get the Character Titles plugin here.

- First, mishy23 has been promoted to Senior Moderator rank. This is not exactly a new addition, because he has been a moderator of the General Mod Making forum, but definately well deserved. Hats off to him!
- A new moderator has been promoted on mishy23's place. Give a round of applause to talonrage, who will now help the other moderators in the General Mod Making forum!
