You can use enchant skill as a base for own heal skill.

make sure you have an aura state and an auratraget state as well as target ally and that the stats are in the aura stat columns. as for your rain skill(which looks quite nice btw), you need to make them collide with an invisible warcry that applies a state with regen(might not be possible, don't remember how well vanilla copes with that, should work though)
