New Code Editing Rules

After long time of thinking I have decided to do some changes to our existing rules.

As a reminder if I see anyone abusing this, I may change my mind again. So, use this for implementing awesome stuffs to your mods, and not try implement next stupid cheat that destroys the fun for everyone.

You will now be allowed to post about client->server, and server->client code.
You will now be allowed to post map making codes.

I will still in respect of Blizzard not allow posts that tell how to get past their anti-cheat system. Special their new code they are working for in 1.14+

Not allowed to discuss or post anything related to closed battle.net.
Not allowed to discuss or post anything related to private servers.
Not allowed to post about anything related to BNCS and BN packets.
