Jab's SrvStFunction = 5

I've posted a similar question before on Psychic Hammer's SrvStFunc to try and understand why the skill seems to behave the same with or without this StFunc.

Now I've noticed Jab also doesnt seem any different from my testing with or without the SrvStFunc and this one is particularly interesting because if it truly is useless, it can be replaced with another one for more interesting resulting.

So if any of you can look into the code and see what it does that would be great. Thanks.
