Thanks FearedBliss, it was because of this that I was able to locate it for 1.13d :)

Thanks JayBrainDead for testing!

After rewriting the function [6FCB9810] I can say this... It doesn't do TC lookup.

The function Loops through 128 possible players in the game, checking for player dead units to get the total Active Players in the game. It then checks the game type. If its not SP/MP game it returns the total active players.

If the game type is SP/MP it compares PlayersX to the total Active Players in the game.
If PlayersX is greater than Active Players, it returns PlayersX.

Now if you were to make a stand alone plugin for uber and world event, we would be even ;) Kidding
