Clickable area behind the Image (1.10f)

Hello

Was added a custom panel which opens from the skill-tab panel with new button but draws in the left part of screen (where stash,cube and etc opens). Its work fine but area behind this panel is responds to mouse clicks and force char to move. Its possible to restrict it and make the behaviour like when inventory+cube are open for example?
