Maximum physical damage limitation

I found that physical damage dealing skills like zeal, whirlwind, ... can't deal damage when their values are over 128k (Not exactly. it can be 64k.)

i.e., when they are over 128k, I can see they deal only 1 or zero damage.

How/where(at what file) can I remove this limitation?
