[1.13c] Adjusting Gamble Cost

Is there some known way of increasing the gamble cost without fixed prices? I have increased the rarities of the gambled items, which results in too many items having a higher resell value than the gambled price.

It seems that the values in npc.txt do not change the gamble cost, so one workaround that should work is increasing the base price value of everything (items, skills, affixes, itemstatcost.txt) but decreasing the buy mult and sell mult (and repair cost I think) entries in npc.txt. I would like to know if there is a more direct way of adjusting the gamble prices or if my workaround influences stuff that it should not.
