Mod that can make me move out of bounds?

I am new to modding. I have no experience, though I am pretty experienced in coding. I want to make or mod (or is there an existing one?) that allows me to move anywhere I click. By that I mean even if I click somewhere where the character normally is unable to move to, the mod would allow the character to move there. This means the character should even be able to move out of bounds. Is it possible to make such a mod and if it is, can someone guide me to resources that would allow me to learn how to make such a mod?

This is kind of an unusual idea. Pardon my curiousity, but why would you want to move out of bounds?

Thanks for your quick reply. It is a combination of wanting to learn how to mod, curiousity and being able to move easier.
