Need help in adding "charge-noconsume" in LoD

First time poster here!

So I've been importing the new runewords from D2R, even managed to add Metamorphosis, but I am having a hard time in adding the specific stat of Mosaic, #% chance for finishing moves to not consume charges.

I've added the necessary lines from Runes.txt, Properties.txt and ItemStatCost.txt but still no luck.

I did the same, visually the property appears correctly in the runeword but the mechanic doesn't work.
