Eimernase's Graveyard Tile Set

I have added this tile set to my mod and made a map using it. However, I have a question regarding the lighting. Here is a screenshot.
Have I done something wrong? The lighting is weird.

Is it really time intensive as in I am extracting and redoing tiles and walls or is it a setting somewhere?

It depends on the current setting. There are three possible scenarios:
1. You just have to change the Direction Index in .ini file.
2. You have to change the Direction and subtile flags (to prevent light penetration)
3. You have to change the Direction, subtile flags and make roofs a separate layer.

In any case, you have to change the direction index because it's wrong.
