Which kind of damage do the pulses ? This would interest me. Or doesn't it matter, what kind of damage is done, because all enemies get weakened by a certain percentage ?

So... Hear my interpretation :P

There is a skill that is from the domain arcane - lightning (and thus probably will do lightning damage). At the base level, it generates one static pulse that removes 10 percent of current monster HP (does that mean only one target?). At max level, it will fire 30 pulses and remove 50% of current monster HP.
However, for a weird reason, it does 2 pulses at level 1 and removes 15% of monster HP...
Between the end values, there will probably be a linear scaling unless you entered dm12 somewhere :). Or made it a sine func :P.

OK ^^

thsi spellis indeed form arcane - ligthning domain. It fires a given number of pulses. Each fo them remove a % of maximum monster. And indeed it lacks radius info. :x The skill level is irrelevant, as th epower of the skills is given by number of point in Arcane.

The damage are like static field

:| so what to do to make this more clearer ...

It seems clear to me. Each pulse reduces the life of enemies in the radius by n% right? That would mean 99.993% with 15 pulses of 50%. So I guess this is capped (like it is in LoD)?

Now that I look at it again... I may be wrong... What does 'Ward' mean?

WARD is the type of spell as described in the SkilL Runes sticky post over there.
Basically it summons a small "device" that carry on the spell effect, much more liek Assassin trap. But instead of only having offensive skills, some bear aura or cast curses.
