[Request] Act 1 Tiles/objects

I have no knowledge as to how to convert a ds1/dt1 file into a photoshop edit-able file.

I'm looking for someone that can convert these files to images for me, then convert them back when I finish editing.

You could do this easily by editing the dt1's, extract them and make everything grey scale, repack them and replace the old files. No map editing needed

You can't promote a hack if there is no name to promote. It's just a picture... I didn't think of it because this is a diablo hacking site. Pretty hilarious it would have conditions on what hacks are permitted. As if Blizzard would care, you're manipulating their game which is against the ToS. Seeing as you have one post on this site, I highly doubt you did it yourself, and I'm not about to help someone make profit off a gift they received from someone else.

Read the site Terms of Service, this is a modding site not a hacking site, there is a difference. Blizzard also does not condemn modding for Diablo 2, they have in fact took steps in the past to make the game more mod friendly.

I don't understand why you think this has anything to do with hacking, I'm trying to mod the view of my d2, nothing more, nothing less. Simply because the SCREENSHOT I provided of the MOD I am trying to achieve is using some sort of hack doesn't have any relevance, I would think.

I could really use a tutorial on how to use these dt1 tools, if someone could provide a link, or an explanation. It's vastly different from the dc6 editor.

Which mod is that a screenshot of? Its rather disturbing that somebody ripped that front from my mod after i explicitly stated that it was not to be copied and/or distributed by persons other than myself.

I have no idea, it was posted on BH. I tried asking the user that posted the s/s twice, on two different occasions, but I received no reply.

If you made that mod, you have delightful style.

To funny, looking in the mirrow and you will see a guy that can convert any dt1 easily with the DT1Tools into pcx-files.
Photoshop can work with pcx-files sinces years, but i'm sure your version of PS isnt legal!!
