Try this, next time try and look through the mpq archive a little more closely. all versions should be there your tbl file would be under data\local\lng\chi\patchstring.tbl
if you mean how do you view them, your going to need a language pack for your OS, if your operating windows this might be of use. if not try searching google it seems to be very accurate to find things you need to these days.

QTblEditor is a good tool for Chinese strings... you might need a BOPOMOFO IME instead of simplified Chinese IMEs.
