I need to compile MPQ

Hello, I was just looking at creating a mod, watching the videos and all, but as much as I do everything right, the way to generate .bin with diablo2 resurrected using the -direct -txt command causes the window to close and not it opens What I do? that I have to have some folder? Well, extracting the modified txt folder doesn't work. some way?
I would need to compile the mpq and without the -bin the .txt does not work for me
