well i though i'd just post the potion recepies here .. for all those starting players that don't know what to do with all those spleen's root's and so on:
-spleen+antidote= bread of life
-root+stamina=travelers bag
-root+heart=medicine box
-brain+stamina=wine of the gods
-2roots+heart+antidote+stamina+2healing items=heart of glory
-2roots+brain+any healing item=heart of glory
-brain+root+any mana+any healing+heart+spleen+soul=mind of glory

There's a healing manual that drops ingame. The recipes should be recorded on it.
