You cannot put screenshots into a post, the needed IMG tag is disabled.

Only problem I can think of, is that you are trying to upload a .gif to your photo album, and you aren't getting the thumbnail preview. This is related to the version of GD the server is currently using, which doesn't support .gifs.
At some point I will upgrade the GD library with the recently released 2.0.18, which has .gif support back into it. Until then I recommend only uploading .jpg and .png.
