User Attachment ??? how do I add attatchments?

I just noticed that I have an upload of 1mb but how on earth do I get to use this.

I occassionally have an altered file or something that I need to attach to a post.

Can someone explain how to access/use this please.

Uhm, at the right side of "quick reply" box, there are "Jump to:" and some text under it. You should have "You cannot attach files in this forum". Right?

File Attachments are an optional forum feature, that can be turned on for users, mods, groups or admins per forum, in the same way as for example polls.
