Wtf... Can't add to teleport?

Wtf... Can't add to teleport?

I am lvl 33 and i have 932 skill points.... someone care to explain why i can't add to teleport?

There are still pre-requisites, even though the arrows do not show.

If you haven't learned the skill yet, yes there are the original prerequisites in the current version. Also you need the stats shown in yellow text.
