TFW Awakening Alfa2 Patch

Please, can someone post link to latest patch for this mod. I have several errors, maybe patch will fix.

Ehh. I cannot download the patch from FilePlanet. Please is there any other links? RapidShare?

If I download patch sucessfully - I can place this files on mine personal quick hosting place to others for downloading.

PS. Main error - when charecter comes near pass from Blood Moor to second location (early begining of game) game exits with UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: ACCESS_VIOLATION. Probably patch will fix...

The Blood Moor crash was an unfortunate bug fixed in the first patch. (As all the patches are cumulative, you only need the latest patch to get all the preceding releases except for the initial big download.) Btw, patch a2p9 will be out soon.

I don't want to be chasing files of potentially differing versions across multiple file servers. But if anybody wants to set up an unofficial mirror, good on you! Sometimes FileDammit can be particularly uncooperative, but I have always found returning in an hour or two clears up almost any problem. You do have to register, but that is free...it is not the same as subscribing to their premium service.

Phew that's good to know the patches are cumulative. I recently had one of my memory modules in my PC pack in so I took the opportunity after replacing it to wipe then reinstall all my software (something I do regularly to keep my hard drive functioning as well as I can), unfortunately although I remembered to back up my TFW characters I somehow missed the actual Mod files . Going to go and download the main files + a2p9 now .

[EDIT] Ok, now you are taking the proverbial Myhrg.....5 minutes after I download a2p9 I have to download a2p10 .

That means you missed certain problems with a2p9!

I was going to say there will be some delay in future patches, as I will be away between 6/7 and 6/18. But the act 5 hireling bug might need a quick fix between now and 6/7.

Hopefully it is a holiday for you and if so I hope you have a great time. Try and relax and don't think about D2 while you are away .

Thanks. It is a combination of business and pleasure, and I am definitely ready for the pleasure part. D2 will indeed be a faint background thought, but who knows what ideas might percolate under the radar!?!?
