Location of all the doll droppers

I was going to post this as a spoiler, but I figured since you should find them all anyways by just playing through, there was no point. But to clear up some confusion I will post it (was inspired by the post that had recently been updated about marilith and ariel)

Info is based off of 1.09 version of Nez

Bosses:
Andariel - Catacombs level 3 (Main room, towards the center)
Duriel - Tal Rasha's Chamber (Main room, just south-west of the pillar wall)
Mephisto - Durance of Hate level 3 (Main room, north-west of the river)
Diablo - Chaos Sanctuary (Main room, center of the pentagram after opening all seals and defeating the mini-bosses [Grand Vizier of Chaos, Lord de Seis, Infector of Souls])
Baal - Throne of Destruction (Main room, center of the bridge)

Sub Bosses:
Blood Raven - Burial Grounds (Main room, eastern section)
Griswold - Tristram (Main room, south-western section)
Countess - Tower Cellar level 3 (Back room, center)
Radament - Sewers level 3 [Act 2](Random map, often off of a narrow into a larger room)
Coldworm Burrower - Maggot Lair level 3 (Random map, always to the north-east)
Chimera* - Valley of Snakes (Outside of Claw Viper Temple level 1, south, south-west and western sections[varies])
Summoner - Arcane Sanctuary (One of the four branches, north of a set of twin stairs after a branch)
Damien* - Sewers level 2 [Act 3] (First head south-east, until you can't go further, then head south-west until you find a portal, once through he's east of the portal)
Marilith* - Kurast Causeway [South-west of Travincal] (Main path, center)
Izual - Plains of Despair (Random map, look for a shallow red V on the map)
Hephasto - River of Flame (Random map, south of the Hellforge [If the Hellforge is not near the River of Flame waypoint, I suggest going from the City of the Damned waypoint, River of Flame is pretty large])
Lazarus* - Frozen River (End of the river, north of Anya)
Nihlathak - Halls of Vaught (One of the four back rooms, center of room)
Ariel* - Throne of Destruction (Before main room, south-west of the archway to the main room)

Miscellaneous:
Tyrael - Act 4 (Jamella, Sold in norm for a default of 285,684 gold)

*Nezeramontias only monster
