How can i use this book to see the new RWs?

has been a while since my last time with this mod but this time i should have a solution ;-)
either you just have to cube it by itself
OR
some vendor sells an item
if none of this is true, don't cry
runewords are extremely useless in this game as u will see as u progress.
(the only few necessary are mentioned in the sticky)
reason for that is the soul -> jewel converter, making souls socketables!

I know that RWs are not important in this mod,but i am curious.
How to cube the RWs Book? With what?
This item doesnt appear in the README.txt,nor in the new items log.
It is a boss who gave me this item(dungeon kagero lvl5-normal game).
In 1.9 log,it is written that there are 2 new RWs.I would like to know their
specificities.

I have not played in over a year. If I remember correctly you need to buy a book cover or some thing like it from an Act 5 vender.
