plugy doesnt work with my nez!!!

ive installed nez as i think i should, unzipped everything into the diablo folder and then installed it, then when i double click on diablo 2 LOD shortcut and enters game it works fine, but when i pick charachter it crashes and says:
Halt
Location:, #299
expression: unrecoverable internal error 01 db 2b95

and when i double click on plugy. exe it starts diablo without the plugy-.-

What version of LoD are you playing. Nez is designed to be played with version 1.10. You may need to reinstall plugy to resolve the issue with plugy.

im playing with v. 1.11b bcause 1.10 can't be installed. it says that the 1.10 patch doesnt need to be applied to the game bedause the current one is more pdated-.- how do i uninstall the old one?

What I would do is reinstall D2 and patch it to 1.10. You can download the 1.10 patch from the blizzard website and from here. dload.php?action=category&cat_id=33 .

Patch the game to 1.10 and create a folder and name it Nez. Copy all the files over to the folder. Place all the files from Nez into the new folder.

I would rename the game.exe to game110.exe. Copy the game110.exe back to the main D2 folder.

Download a mod launcher from here dload.php?action=file&file_id=194 .

Place the Launcher in the Nez folder.

Edit the mod launcher script by finding this line
D2CmdLine = chr(34) & D2Path & "game.exe" & chr(34) & "-direct"

and change it to

D2CmdLine = chr(34) & D2Path & "game110.exe" & chr(34) & "-direct"

You can now update 1.10 to 1.11b if you play d2 battlenet.

how do i patch t to v. 1.10? download the patch and then double click on it? because i did that n the normal D2 and then installed LoD but now it says that its an other version of diablo so it can't install it. hmm ive installed 1.10 but now it chrashes when i try to enter single player-.-
it says: unhandled exeption, what to do now?

I would just uninstall D2 and then install D2 from scratch.

Simply run the reverter 1.11 -> 1.10
