Mysterious scrolls are there to give hints about certain aspects of game play.
Initially they were going to be books of lore but they ended up buggy so CE made the scrolls instead - 100+ of them I think???

So they don't mean anything,
Just put them in for fun.
When there is on a scroll:
Learn all the new recipes to modify your item.
It means that you must look for the receips and you can sell the scroll without loosing anything.
