Can't Install

Hello, I just downloaded the mod and I can't understand the install instructions. Could someone break them down for me?

First create a directory in the Diablo2 's main named Mods. For example,your D2 is installed in c:\Diablo II then it'll be c:\Diablo II\Mods .Then make another subfolder named thoc.8 c:\Diablo II\Mods\thoc.8 . Copy the files in this directory. Copy the d2gfx.dll from here to the main directory c:\Diablo II\ .Now create a shortcut to your desktop with Target: "C:\Diablo II\game.exe" -mod thoc
Start in: "C:\Diablo II\mods\thoc.8" . /*Was it hard?*/ Enjoy the game!

And what about beta 7?How do i install it?Cause i follow YOUR directions for Beta8.1 and nothing so?What about 7?
