Game over lads.
Drive failure means I have lost all the texts, any chance of a revival is gone.
I had finished 2.09 and it had been sitting on my drive for months... horrible. If I find any texts apart from the 2.08 (not 2.08ff) texts I have found on the Uni network I'll try to just upload them for whatever purposes.

Yep, "It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer, or the baker, that we expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own self-interest."Phlebiac";p="307822" wrote:That's sad to hear, sounds like a lot of work is gone .
PS: Isn't that Adam Smith you're quoting in your sig?
Did the version of my other project I sent you include the texts Malachai? I might of added them in the mpqs as it was a private test.
Right now I am hoping I have left some more up-to-date stuff on my brothers computer, shame he is on holiday (woo!) right now!

What I am really interested is TTD, I know I sent you a beta version once. However, I am growing in confidence that my brothers laptop has a copy of that.
For TSC I only have 2.07 texts which are seriously out of date.
The best way to crawl your PC would be to use Google desktop search or Windows desktop search

My brother posted a CD yesterday containing all the folders in his laptops Diablo II drive. Let's hope for some good material!
EDIT: It didn't arrive today But, I've done some skill editing with the backups Malachai gave me. Hopefully it should be easy enough to move them over.
