Make the enchant launch misslies

I changed the poison dagger several times:
made a poisonous projectile / AoE melee projectile / enchantment.
And the idea came to make an enchantment that would launch magic. How can I make the enchantment release fireballs when hit in melee?

Hi Abandon, what exactly is the enchantment? Some kind of pet (I'm guessing so since you say it can be hit in melee)? If so, you could give it ctc fireball when struck through monprops.txt.
