A small compilation of glitches

This is a few pictures demonstrating the weird things I've come across so far.

Note that glitch 4, 4b, and 4c occured in the same game.

There are also a few more that I forgot to screenshot: a Hand Axe that was also called an evil force, in a separate game, the unique sash missing the +1 all max resistances mod, missing "throw damage" mod on unique javelins, and the missing "socketed (1)" text on the Laughter of Twins unique ring (though the socket *appears* to be there - I haven't used the socket yet. Anybody know which rune mod set works with rings?)
