PlugY Suggestion

I was wondering if there would be a way to limit the number of times a player can unassign their skills and have it configurable in the PlugY INI? This would definitely help for those people who create a certain build until they get the right equipment or something like that.

Also, would it be possible to unassign skills one by one by holding down ALT or a configurable button?
