Quick question about the use of this line in Utility.dll

; levels for the -actX switch, normal is 1,15,20,26,32
ActX = 1,15,20,26,32

It's for the act command line switch. Add -act5 to the d2 command line like you would -direct and any new characters will start in act 5 with the specified level (32).
