I just have some questions, and I need help.

I wasn't sure where to post this, however I just got wind of the mods we can use in single player games. I know I have v 1.13 I'm not sure if its c or d? I was interested in PlugY, but I've tried countless times to install it and it won't load, so I don't think its compatible. I just need some help/advice.

You should install D2SE which has a lot of mods and allows you to easily swap between them. It comes with PlugY and works out of the box. You can easily modify the PlugY settings. Note that not all mods are PlugY compatible and that you can't always modify the PlugY settings for a mod, but for standard play it works great.

EDIT: I was under the impression that this was in the general mod making subforum. Am I starting to hallucinate? Should I call a doctor?
