Sounds reasonable, but i think the pagan rites needs to be cut down. Once it is, i dont know if the ring is still be powerful enough. Ppl prefer +1 skills, +mf, +spelldmg over this i guess.

How about +x life when struck

long staff (sacred)

+5 to all skills
-10% slower cast rate
40% cold spell damage
40% fire spell damage
cannot be frozen
attacker takes 333 firedamage
increses life and mana by 33%
requirements -20%

(should be comparable to some "ok" crafted staffs, maybe underpowered, but more defensive due to the mana and life bonus and reqs)

there's no good staff or orb specialized for cold/fire chars but 9632212 ones that are specialized for fire/lightning chars.

suggestions on how making this staff beeing balanced but "special"?

but i forgot that crafted have ~ 100 resists.

btw, is that really balanced, that crafted sorc armors can have up to 6 skills? i mean, other classes can craft stuff with omg-imba-lifeleech-and-attacker-flees-after-strinking... :P

at least it's an option to RoS :P

maby little bit offtopic but are javelins throwingweapons (can i make throwing-RWs and JWs in javelins?) if not, maby some more RWs or JWs for javelins would be nice..

and what about some more proc items? no physical ones like crucify or time strike. some more elemental proc-items like worldstone shard (which is the only elemental proc item what is able to do some noteworthy damage with LotS and Bloodlust)
maby the item has very low damage and much of -ias an -attack rating, so it isnt possible to play a normal mele character with such a weapon just for extra damage..
there are lot of possible characters with physical-proc-items (thunderslam/timestrike barb, Spikeblasterbarb,.. btw nearly every mele char uses ctc crucify on striking on gloves)

It's a weapon without procs, and worst thing is, for Sorceresses. Most procs on striking are on weapons, and sorceresses are not very good at all this procs thing (even with Bladestorm) .
Stay away from ballet dancers with an attitude .

my point is, to make some ele-proc-items for non physical-mele-chars therefor the -character damage

That weapon would be overpowered, but at the same time make your character too vulnerable, while it lasted, if it's even possible to create. Interesting idea though.

It might be feasable (if it is possible to create) if it was more like:

Crumbling Razor: Sacred Blade
Req. Dex: 444
1h damage: (5-500)-(1000)
Durability 100
Adds 5 min dam. per each point below max durability.
Ethereal
No sockets
100% chance of open wounds
Ignore target defense
100% chance to cast lvl 40 rust storm on self when durability reaches zero

I like this, though I think it would be better to replace WotG with +% lightning skill damage. That way it doesn't get uber overpowered by +skills.

I somewhat like this, finally a good midlevel weapon for the Melee Sorceress (She is pretty much lacking a good weapon until she can use sets/Annuit's End in my opinion).

nocte's stuff seems to be nicely balanced. the other ones rather not.

zann esu's might would need some elemental damage imho. and the lvl requirement is a bit too high for beeing a midlvl weapon. it would serve for 10 lvls, then you can throw it away and use some sacred set. i'd put the requirements to ~50(and maybe reduce %damage), just that it's not like berith.

the haggler is nice as it is, like a low lvl beauty (or was it bridge?) rw.

is that like -50life per secound?
but anyway it is overpowered: lets say you have 20 such jewels in your equipt (20*3=60% ctc spikenova on striking = overpowered)
