Okay...
So, I made my Own folder for Median.
And, When I re-installed D2...
FOR SoME REASON...
It DELETED All of my chars!!
I had a level 102 Sin, a 67 Barbarian...
This sucks...T_T
My Characters Dissapeared!! D:!!!

look for the save folder in the original place you had median installed. It should have all the files for those characters, about 4-5 files for each character I think. Hopefully this helps.

If you weren't using a launching script or plugys savepath feature it should be in the save folder in your diablo II directory. If your using a script them it'll be in the folder where your previously had it(as said above). Your could also try searching your harddrive for *.d2s files etc.
