Have been off playing a game called Titan Quest. It is a lot like Diablo.
Started on an Amy, Sorc, and Paladin a while back, but a week ago when the Amy was in act 2 Normal the characters wouldn't start again after shutitng down for the day. The only thing I did was make the rune word Melody in a War Bow. After much fiddeling around gave up and deleted and reinstalled everything from scratch. Just an Amy sofar, she is about to the end of act 1.
My old moniker was Elad. Had tried to come back on but no matter what I tried it wouldn't work.

Yea Titan Quest is a nice game,I too played it for a while...If you need some items to help you out in the start a little let me know...

Well my new start in ES could be short another unhandled exception as before. access violation (000005). I thought they had all been taken care of, but new ones seem to have popped up. If I want to play I will have to dig out my old xp pro computer

Still working to get it going without getting an access violation. May have to give up for awhile Uninstalled and did a third install from scratch lastnight. Will give it try again in a little while.

Continue to get access violation error (c000005). It looks like an old one I had years ago cause by too many small objects in your carry on stash. Am able to load again after restarting. Only have the one character. When had the fatal failure had three characters in act 2.
If I remember correctly there was a list of the Acess violation errors. need to do more searching.

Hmm....I don't recall any crashes due to many small objects.....you did have crashes with too many mods on items, when you moused over them. And, I've had crashes when too much graphically is happening on screen.....spells, and such.
So, not sure what your problems are caused by.....there are others here like Hans and Stabby, etc, that may be able to help you more, though. You could look back through the stickied forums, perhaps.

Ah ha, Billybgame, a name I remember.
Have search and the best information I found was by Myhrginoc, but he is gone.
My failure seems to be the same. located in D2 common.dll. EIP:6FD51250. I could PM the failure to one of them.

Sorry you are having problems with the mod.
Which version of ES did you install. The latest one is R6D

You need to make sure it installs in the main Diablo 2 folder. There should then be a ES300R folder in the main Diablo 2 folder.
You need to use the desktop shortcut to play ES.

I have R6D installed on my hard drive C: ESGame\DiabloII\es300r.
Followed Stabbys guide all the way. The game works ok for awhile, then out of the blue the game freezes with an access violation (c000005). The failure is purely random and not the same place. The log always shows D2 Common.dll. Use the desktop shotcut with the changed to properties as suggested. Have Windows 7 /64bit Premium, ATI video card 5700 series. Battle Chest 1.12. Had an XP Pro before and the same 1.12. Also use a virtual disk.
