I've attempted multiple times to change the spawn rate for Uber Diablo in the PlugY.ini file, but it seems to make no difference. Perhaps I'm editing the wrong one? Can anyone walk me through doing this?

The PlugY.ini always reverts back to original settings,it should be somewhere in the TXT files in the ES Folders,but beware,editing those files without knowing what you are doing may result in a botched game...
