phpBB3?

Hey all,

I noticed this was phpBB2 forum software so I was just wondering if you guys were planning on upgrading to phpBB3 when the final release is out. It's currently at RC3 (they say that should be the GOLD release but you never know). I know it would probably be a pain to have to update all the modifications for the forums..

Just wondering.

Probably never. The site is heavily modified with custom code and the one who did it isn't available anymore, so we're staying on this platform. It was hard and time-consuming enough to make the whole thing work on the current servers (we moved here several months ago).

Yes, I read the Site History. :)

Well, the forums do look excellent with just phpBB2 and all the MODs attached so i guess it won't hurt if you don't upgrade.
