well i have some problems with the starter and i dont know why but this is what it wrote

can anyone help me??

think I had the same prob when I had my rune dir on a diff hd than my d2 dir. All I can recomend is making a folder for your rune mod in the programmer folder (eg - "c:\programmer\rune mod") and re-unzipping and reinstalling the mod files into the folder.
